正式邁入三個月
10月27日第三次產檢，
寶寶已經13+weeks了呦~~
照超音波時，
醫生說:來看，這是眼睛、嘴巴....四肢、關節、腳趾頭.....、肚子、屁股....
通常媽媽應該很感動或很開心地微笑回應，
我卻冒出一句:他/她長得好像外星人喔!!
醫生心裡應該\\\條線吧!!哈~~~~~~

懷孕初期，
對大部分食物失去興趣，(怎麼會呢?我這麼愛吃)
尤其是我最愛喝的咖啡，
以前每天要喝2-3杯，
現在竟然聞味道就噁心 @@
鼻子嗅覺也變得超敏感，
3個月前油漆的味道都讓我想吐
(明明油漆的當下和漆完的一個月我都沒有聞到)，
油膩的中式飯菜、自助餐....
我最愛的水餃、酸辣湯都離我遠去，
我變得只愛吃味道較單一的食物，
像是饅頭、吐司、水果......
莫名其妙地愛吃麥當勞進辣雞腿堡，
養樂多是每餐飯後一定要來一瓶，
才會讓我的胃稍稍有在消化的感覺。
因為喝豆漿會脹氣(超不舒服的，覺得胃像是裝了石頭一樣)，
所以變得很愛喝鮮奶，
每天都固定吃那幾樣東西，
真怕寶寶營養不良，
不過醫生說bb前三個月自己帶便當，
所以我也比較放心搂~~~~~~~

第二-三個月，
是孕吐最嚴重的時候，
每到吃飯時間就很痛苦，根本就想不出要吃什麼，
幾乎每餐過後半小時就想吐。
不過這個月我也慢慢脫離了對養樂多的依賴，
每天3瓶那熱量可真夠驚人的!!
因為孕吐，我瘦了一公斤，
但可能也是因為都只吃熱量高的食物(麵包、養樂多、麥當勞.....)，
所以只瘦一公斤....
本來還期待可以多瘦一點，
把懷孕前不該囤積的脂肪都消耗掉呢!!!!!!!!
我覺得寶寶比較能接受外國食物，
義大利麵、漢堡、薯條......
不知是不是因為她娘一直嚮往歐洲生活的關係，

總之，
現在邁入第14周，
要開始顧到寶寶的營養，
之前聞到就想吐的營養品也要開始密集的吃了，
前幾個月不想吃的蔬菜、魚、豆腐也希望可以均衡攝取。
下次產檢就可以知道寶寶的性別了，

Victoria and Albert Museum
One day, Debbie with me went to Victoria and Albert Museum, due to the Jewellery exhibition. It is the first museum that I have been to in London. The decoration is quite spectacular, and the style is Art Nouveau-an art term began in 18 century, and arrived the peak between 1890 to 1910. The hall on the ground floor is decorated with lots of sculptures and ceramic tiles with plant pattern. With regard to Jewellery exhibition, it included all the art terms, such as Baroque, Art Deco, as well as Contemporary Jewellery. Over 1,000 creations are performed in this exhibition. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to take pictures.
I am interested in the Contemporary Jewellery, even some of them are not understandable. Due to the technologies, the performance of creations are variable. The most special technique is aluminum dyeing- a difficult technique to use color on aluminum.
